These Terms & Conditions outline the business relationship between Praveza Consultancy Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Praveza") and the client organization engaging in staffing and recruitment services.

1. Scope of Services

Praveza Consultancy Private Limited provides global staffing and recruitment services across various domains and industries. Our responsibility is to source, screen, and refer suitable candidates based on the client's job specifications.

 

 

2. Fee Structure

Recruitment fees will be charged as a percentage of the candidate's annual gross CTC, mutually agreed upon before the initiation of recruitment.

The final amount and payment terms shall be clearly outlined and confirmed in the official agreement or invoice shared with the client.

GST and applicable taxes will be charged additionally as per prevailing laws.

3. Guarantee Period

A replacement guarantee period will be provided as per the mutually agreed terms.

If the candidate leaves or is terminated within this guarantee period, Praveza will provide a one-time free replacement for the same position.

If the client changes the job role, location, or compensation structure post-hiring, the replacement clause will be deemed void.

4. No Liability Clause

Praveza does not take any responsibility for the behavior, performance, code of conduct, integrity, or actions of the candidate once hired.

The employer/client holds full responsibility for conducting background verification, managing the employment relationship, and any consequences arising thereafter.

5. No Guarantee on Candidate Performance

While we strive to refer well-matched and qualified candidates, Praveza offers no guarantee or warranty on the candidate’s performance, behavior, or tenure after joining.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the candidate's employment.

 

 

6. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid within 15 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delayed payments beyond the due date will attract an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

 

 

7. Legal Clause for Non-Payment or Breach

 

In case of non-payment of the agreed fee or breach of the terms of this agreement by the client, Praveza reserves the right to:

​

o   Initiate legal proceedings to recover dues along with applicable interest, legal fees, and costs.

o   Suspend or terminate all current and future services without further notice.

o   Blacklist the client from future engagement.

​

All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

​

 

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared data including candidate profiles, company information, and hiring terms.

9. Modifications

Praveza reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be shared with clients in case of any material change.
